About Us

True Symmetry Brewing Company opened in April 2018 and is located in Suisun City, CA. We are pleased with the space we have created for everyone that has a welcoming and comfortable feel with industrial influences.

Our brewing philosophy is about balance and we believe that “Life is about balance and your beer should be no different”. The most important aspect of our business is to provide top quality ales and lagers. Our goal is offer not just beer, but a memorable experience in every glass. We aim to make all beer styles, with a strong emphasis on English and Belgian ales.

Our head brewer, Jason Ledford, started as a home brewer in 1999 when his wife, Chasity, bought him a small home brewing kit for Christmas. What started as a hobby quickly turned into an obsession and he actually got pretty good at it and won numerous homebrew awards. In 2014 he had the great idea that he wanted to attend a master brewing program, which happened to be in England! After talking his wife into letting him go and his bosses into letting him have the time off, he was accepted into the program at Brewlab. Brewlab is located in Sunderland (northern) England and he learned a great deal in his 3 months there. He ultimately graduated with merit and earned a Diploma in British Brewing Technology. And the rest is history.
