• WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

    The Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SHCC) exists to strengthen Solano County’s Hispanic businesses by advocating for opportunities that support their economic growth and by providing resources, training and tools, which advance development, prosperity and success in Solano County.

    The SHCC is a part of the Northern Region of the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce (CAHCC) which represents the interests of over 800,000 Hispanic business owners in California.

    The SHCC represents the interests of 105+ members, over 87,000 Latino residents, 23,000 Latino Households and 300 Hispanic-Owned businesses. 

    Through its business, government and community partnerships, the SHCC has developed a cohesive network dedicated to promoting business prosperity, educational parity, business and home ownership, citizenship, voting privileges, and political equity for the local Hispanic community.

    WE INSPIRE:

    • The “Workforce of the Future” by helping Hispanic youth through education.

    • Hispanic entrepreneurs to obtain the tools to grow their business by providing business training seminars.

    • The larger business community to learn how to do business with the Hispanic Community.

    OUR COUNTY

    Solano County was formed in 1850, and is located approximately 45 miles Northeast of San Francisco and 45 miles Southwest of Sacramento. The County covers 823 sq. miles, a majority of which lies in the Sacramento Valley, bordered by Napa, Yolo, Sacramento and Contra Costa Counties.
