But it's not just about honing skills in the kitchen. CCC Culinary crews serve daily meals to fellow Corpsmembers at residential centers statewide. In emergencies, they step up to cook for firefighters and first responders, learning to adapt to new challenges along the way.
Beyond gaining valuable experience, Culinary Corpsmembers earn scholarships, a monthly stipend, and industry-recognized certifications like ServSafe. This real-world training, paired with paid opportunities, sets them up for success in the culinary world.
