Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Search | Solano HCC
Lead the next chapter of growth for the Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
The Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce is seeking its first Chief Executive Officer to lead the organization into its next chapter of growth and impact. This is a rare opportunity to help shape and scale a trusted, community-rooted institution into a stronger regional voice for Hispanic-owned businesses across Solano County.
This is a builder’s role. The CEO will serve as the Chamber’s founding executive leader—setting strategy, strengthening organizational infrastructure, expanding advocacy influence, deepening community partnerships, and driving measurable economic opportunity for Hispanic entrepreneurs. The ideal candidate is a visionary, relationship-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of business, public policy, and community impact.
